1. Processing Time: Once you place an order, please allow us 1-2 business days to process your beautiful personalised gift before shipping.

2. Shipping Methods: We Ship your orders via Bluedart/Delhivery Express and Surface options within 1-2 days from the order date.

3. Delivery Time: Standard delivery days vary from 3-7 days all across India🇮🇳 . Delivery within Mumbai within 1-2 days.
Delivery to rest of India within 3-7 days,  We try our level best to deliver your order as quickly as possible please note that unforeseen circumstances or peak holiday seasons might cause slight delays in rare cases but you can rest assured as we are here to ensure maximum efforts.

4.Tracking Information: Once your personalized gift has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email/whatsapp ,This will allow you to track the progress of your package and stay updated on its estimated delivery date.

5.Shipping Costs: Currently we provide Free shipping on all prepaid orders all across India🇮🇳,If you opt for Cash on delivery option you will be required to pay Rs.49 more for the cash handling charge, as we are required to pay an extra amount for COD to the delivery partners.

However if you choose COD and the address/contact details are inadequate we may call you and ask for a booking amount to confirm your order.
